Reuben Armstrong is a local documentary filmmaker and has just finished a cinematic film following the Ramsey Pier and its restoration by the local community over the past 7 years. It is a heart-warming film about what we do with our time on Earth and an inspiring story of Manx community brilliance. He was supported by Culture Vannin through their 40th anniversary grants.
