It's planned to take place between 3-9 July 2027.
Meanwhile in 2029, the Island will host the 22nd Island Games on 14-20 July.
Gotland, who held the event in 1999 and 2017, has put in a bid for 2031.
Andrew Inkster, the newly elected Chairman of the IIGA, says: “We are delighted to see these future host island arrangements confirmed today, and we look forward to seeing more progress in their arrangements.
"With a number of other member islands also showing serious interest in becoming a host, we are confident that our Games are secure for the future."
