It will replace deteriorating pull up bars in the children's park
Michael Commissioners has applied for planning permission to install a new set of monkey bars for its children's play area.
The new equipment could include a rope ladder, hanging bars and a climbing net.
It wants to replace the old set of bars due to 'deterioration' on the posts from a strimmer and other machinery.
The climbing frame would allow children to practice balancing, climbing and pull-ups.
The application is currently pending consideration and can be found here.
