The Isle of Man Search and Rescue Dog Association's turned 20!
For two decades the organisation has carried out 120 call outs, 14 finds and 12 locates - where a person was found with the help of a dog.
Jim McGregor, who joined the group six months after it was formed, told Manx Radio they perform vital work on the Isle of Man.
He added they also travel to the UK to assess other Search and Rescue Dog teams:
