A popular pub in Peel has gone on the market with a price tag topping £1 million.
The Marine Hotel, on Shore Road, has been described as a ‘well-established, family run business’ which is ‘loved by the Island’s community’.
Offers in the region of £1,250,000 are being sought for the pub, restaurant and six apartments which make up the building.
The property, and business, has been in the same family ownership since 1919.
