
Teresa Cope reveals 'real progress' is being made to tackle wait times
The chief executive of Manx Care says work to tackle waiting lists is ongoing but says the health service is making 'real progress'.
Speaking on Manx Radio's Mannin Line this lunchtime, Teresa Cope said waiting lists for elective orthopaedic surgery were exacerbated by the pandemic.
In the October sitting of Tynwald, a further £18.3million was approved for the health service to allow Synaptik to carry out various procedures.
