Man arrested on suspicion of drug importation
£200,000 worth of cocaine has been seized by police in Douglas.
Two kilograms of the drug was detected and confiscated by officers on arrival of the Manannan from Liverpool on Wednesday evening (22 May).
A 57-year-old male was arrested at the Sea Terminal on suspicion of drug importation offences.
He is now assisting with enquiries at Police headquarters.
An image of one of the two packages confiscated was shared by the constabulary on social media.
