Teams prepare for annual promenade run
£20,000 is the target set by organisers of this year's KPMG Douglas Promenade Relay which takes place this evening (26 June).
The annual event is in its third year and sees both serious athletes and avid runners taking part.
Money raised this year will go to the Isle of Man Alzheimer's Society and its campaign to raise awareness of dementia and held sufferers and their families.
Last year KPMG raised more than £18,000 at the event - if they hit the £20,000 target this year, it will mean a grand total of £50,000 raied over the three years.
The 10km race starts at 5.30pm and involves both corporate and social teams.
