The local property market remained relatively busy during the traditionally quieter months of December and January, according to the latest figures produced by the website propertyprices.im.
In December, 127 properties were sold for a total value of over £45,940,000, representing an average price of £361,736.
January was quieter, with just 84 sales completed for a total of over £31,024,000.
