DfE says small businesses must check guidelines
Taxpayers could be left with a £3million black hole to fill if government doesn't act on TT copyright infringement, according to the Department for Enterprise.
This comes after company Looney's of Ramsey was stopped from selling T-shirts with the TT initials on them.
A similar instance occurred in 2017, when the former Department of Economic Development threatened to sue Bushy's brewery over its use of the letters in 2017.
