Developers admit it has been a frustratingly long planning process
It's hoped proposals for a £40 million development in the heart of Ramsey can move a step nearer early in the New Year.
The Sulby Riverside project would see around 200 new homes, parks and a pub built on land along the banks of the Sulby River close to the centre of the town.
Project Director, Josh Church says the scheme provides for additional growth in Ramsey without eating into the green belt.
He says renowned experts have been employed to provide complex flood mitigation measures:
Search launched after emergency beacon signal activated
Fuel costs 'likely to rise' amid Middle East conflict
Ticket pre-sale event for 'swan song' DC/AC gig
Ramsey Commissioners redacted information 'without justification' in FoI response
