Chief minister shares government spending figures in response to question for written answer
Government has spent more than £5.3 million (£5,385,556) on settlement agreements since September 2020, according to new figures provided by the chief minister.
Mileage claims across the same time period amount to £2.86 million.
Meanwhile, other expenses such as travel, food, and accommodation, also amount to £2.3 million (£2,386,917) over the same period of time.
Between September 2020 and August 2021 £431,297 was spent on redundancy, the highest amount over the five-year period.
