Six million pounds will be spent providing people with free loft insulation and draft excluders.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture has confirmed the money will be allocated from the Climate Change Transformation Fund.

£100,000 will also be spent on a major ‘behaviour change’ campaign with a ‘meaningful and impactful’ communications programme launching in the next few weeks.
