Clerk of the course issues appeal
The Clerk of the Mountain Course has issued an appeal for a 'few more' marshals to come forward and volunteer for the Manx Grand Prix - a day before the event gets underway.
Gary Thompson says numbers are looking 'quite good', but they need more to come forward ahead of the first practice run tomorrow afternoon:
Experienced marshals who haven't yet volunteered are asked to attend the TT Marshal Association Hut at the TT Paddock, by calling 01624 618191 or go visit the website here.
Should all go ahead, roads will close at 12:45pm - to reopen no later than 6pm.
The Newcomers' Speed Control Lap starts proceedings at 1:30pm, followed by the Senior & Classic Superbike at 1:45pm.
At 3:30pm it's the turn of the Junior, Lightweight & Classic Senior.
