DESC says staff will be on hand to offer advice and guidance
Hundreds of students on the Isle of Man will be receiving their A level results today.
The Island's high schools will be open for those who sat exams earlier this year to collect their results this morning.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture says staff will be on hand to offer advice and guidance on next steps.
Last year, around two-thirds of those receiving A levels on the Island applied for a university course, with around 30 percent entering the workforce.
Meanwhile, an event designed to help students who may feel uncertain about their next steps after receiving exam results is to take place at University College Isle of Man.
Held at UCM's Homefield Road campus on Monday 1 September it will offer tailored support for students navigating their options after GCSE's or A-levels.
UCM Vice Principal, Jo Richardson told Simon Richardson it can be a stressful time for young people.
