Scheme to attract short-term workers launched
There's been 'a lot of interest' in temporary worker visas which are designed to support the hospitality sector.
That's according to the enterprise minister after changes were made to entry permits last month to make it easier for people to find work.
Under the changes qualified individuals, outside of the UK and Ireland, can apply for a visa for up to nine months.
Dr Alex Allinson insists the initiative will help local hospitality businesses who've been struggling to recruit recently:
