The chief minister says he's not expecting changes to healthcare services in the UK to have any impact on the provision for Manx residents.
NHS England is due to be abolished and brought under 'democratic control' in an attempt to cut bureaucracy and duplication.
Alfred Cannan's been responding to a question on the topic in the House of Keys.
He says the changes are likely to take some time to implement and shouldn't affect the Island's relationship with the health service there:
