Awakening Tour comes to Island
An organisation opposed to proposed reforms in Manx abortion laws will be outside Isle of Man Government offices this morning from 9am.
The Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform UK group is currently on the Island on what they term an "Awakening Tour".
Their leaflet states "this year the government is trying to liberalise abortion on the Isle of Man - we cannot afford to be uneducated on this issue".
There was a presentation at Grace Baptist Church in Peel yesterday evening and further meetings will take place in Ramsey later and in Peel again tomorrow night.
