Ferry operator hits back after numerous incidents involving passengers
Abuse of staff by ferry passengers has been deemed 'totally unacceptable' by the Isle of Man Steam Packet.
The company's managing director says they understand the frustration when services are disrupted.
With Manxman out of action for another two months, some passengers have had their bookings amended to the Ben-My-Chree, where cabins aren't available.
But Brian Thomson says that's no reason to be abusive.
Mr Thomson says one recent incident saw a passenger threatening to 'break the jaws' of staff at Heysham port:
