Delays getting appointments are 'a big concern' for patients
Access to care and time spent on waiting lists are the big issues patients are raising with Manx Care's Advice and Liaison Service.
MCALS was set up as an information and guidance service, as well as a starting point for patients unsure which service they needed to access.
Manx residents can call or email the service with concerns or queries.
Director of Nursing Paul Moore says the time it takes to get an appointment is a topic that comes up regularly:
