Events run until 27 May
Accessibility and inclusivity are at the heart of a series of events for Praying the Keeils Week.
Keeil is the Manx word for chapel, and since 2006 there has been the opportunity to visit some of the ruins scattered across the countryside.
For the next eight days there are various walks planned, as well as lectures about them and an "armchair pilgrimage".
