Packs will include adaptable games and fitness circuits
An organisation which takes old-school games and uses them to help people's mental and physical health is adapting its business to keep people entertained in lockdown.
Active Souls is releasing resource packs made up of games to play and a fun exercise circuit.
A new pack will be released every Monday with different activities that can be tailored to people's personal preference, each with a focus on either accuracy, fitness or high energy.
The packs can be downloaded via a link on the Active Souls website.
