Hopes for agreement review
A banded system for gas bills has been branded ‘flawed’ by customers who claim their payments have increased.
A gathering later this month will see campaigners voice their unhappiness over the pricing system, introduced 20 months ago.
As a result, dozens feel they are paying more in charges than they should be.
Barry Murphy, from the Manx Gas Standing Charges and Cost Facebook group, hopes their concerns will lead to the agreement – which runs until December 2018 - being reviewed:
