Ex-Tynwald member calls for change following review
A former member of Tynwald believes administration is to blame for the problems in the Island's healthcare service, following the publication of Sir Jonathan Michael's report.
The year-long review warns of a £156million funding gap, and makes 26 recommendations to improve the service.
Dominic Delaney served as a member of the former Department of Health and Social Security for a time during his 30-year spell as an MHK and MLC.
Speaking on Talking Heads, Mr Delaney explained the problem wasn't with front-line services:
