Friends keen to raise awareness of mental health issues
A group of adventurers – who want to inspire others to break free from their comfort zones – have sailed to the Isle of Man in three inflatable boats.
Known as ‘Outside Your Zone’ the friends have described travelling across the Irish Sea, to the Island, as their ‘Everest’.

After five days here they’ll start the return journey to Cumbria this morning (9am).
