
A local advocate bidding to join the Legislative Council says he wants to be more involved in Manx politics.
Christopher Kinley has been a Port St Mary commissioner for a number of years.
The LegCo election takes place a week on Monday March 16 and sees six candidates vying for four seats in the Manx parliament's upper house.
The other candidates are MHKs David Anderson, David Cretney and Bill Henderson, advocate Paul Beckett and current MLC Phil Braidwood.
