Laxey resident declares in Garff
An aerospace company director is to bid for one of the two seats available in the House of Keys constituency of Garff next month.
Martyn Perkins, who is 60 and has lived in Laxey since 1980, will contest the general election on September 22.
Married with grown up twin children, he feels his business acumen would serve the Island well.
