The retrial of the Island's Attorney General is due to begin in earnest today.
Yesterday, more than 70 potential jurors were summoned to Douglas Courthouse.
They were whittled down to a group of 27, from which a jury of seven should be selected this morning.
The prosecution will then open its case in the trial of 52-year-old Stephen Harding.
Mr Harding denies charges of perjury and committing an act against public justice.
