Brewery and DED's talks a success
Bushy's has confirmed on its Facebook page that an agreement over its TT trademark has been reached with the Department of Economic Development.
The statement says both sides will mutually recognise the other's IP rights and agree to "coexist", effectively ending the argument.
The brewery says it would like to thank the government for being able to discuss the issue with it and come to a speedy conclusion.
Brewery boss Martin Brunnschweiler is hopeful the matter is now over.
