Follows issues with UK Home Office
It's hoped a delayed medicinal cannabis service will get underway on the Isle of Man from 1 December.
The Department of Health and Social Care has been in discussions with the UK Home Office this week, after issues came up over a licence to allow the products to move between the UK and the Isle of Man.
The department says a solution has been found, which will adhere to the proper conventions and strengthen 'governance arrangements' around the pilot dispensing service.
Patients will be kept updated on the service as it's progressed.
