Former UK Home Secretary to open this year's Manx LitFest
The former UK Home Secretary Alan Johnson has reflected on the Labour leadership race, ahead of today's result.
The MP spoke ahead of his visit to the Island next week, where he will open this year's Manx LitFest.
The winner is due to be announced at a special party conference around 11:30 this morning (Saturday).
It's the end of a lengthy and fraught contest between MPs Andy Burnham, Yvette Cooper, Jeremy Corbyn and Liz Kendall.
Speaking to Manx Radio, Mr. Johnson reflected on what lessons could be learned from the process.
