MT Head of Networks speaks to Manx Radio
Barring an issue with one business, Manx Telecom says all other phone lines are now working again.
A major fault this morning meant many landlines were down for a period, including the emergency services, Noble's Hospital, GP surgeries and government departments.
The problem was reported to be with failed ISDN circuits and a 999 divert plan was put into place.
Manx Telecom has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
