Businesses encouraged to prepare to reopen
All legal lockdown restrictions are set to be lifted from Monday following another day with no new Covid-19 cases identified.
The chief minister says 19 April will mark 21 days with no unexplained cases.
Howard Quayle adds unless anything concerning happens before then, government intends to lift all legal restrictions.
