If you’re not going to the show, don’t go near the show – that’s the message from police ahead of the Manx Telecom Royal Manx Agricultural Show this weekend.
The event today (Friday) and tomorrow at Knockaloe is the largest single event held on the Island and officers say it can cause considerable traffic congestion.
Routes to the showfield are all signposted and special buses will take visitors to the show from St John’s, Patrick and Peel.
But officers say anyone not attending the show should avoid the area if possible.
