41 year old Marvin Herbert has been extradited from the Costa Del Sol in Spain on suspicion of assisting Dale Cregan while he was on the run
He’s been remanded in custody by Manchester magistrates, and will appear in court again on October 18.
Meanwhile, 41 year old Raj Mohammed Khan and Patricia Kelly, aged 55, were charged on Friday with conspiracy to assist an offender.
Cregan was given a whole-life sentence in June for murdering Fiona and her police colleague Nicola Hughes.
