Covid likely to return warns Minister
Ramsey MHK, Doctor Alex Allinson says he feels it's a question of 'when' the Covid second wave reaches Manx shores, not 'if'.
Speaking on Manx Radio's Mannin line, Dr Allinson says the experience of countries around the world adds weight to that view.
He says his is a realistic view, in the face of the evidence:
