Almost 170 people came to the Island during the first week of the current lockdown.
Figures published in Tynwald show there were 144 arrivals, between 3 and 9 March, plus 25 key workers during the same period.
Seventy were returning residents while 43 were patient transfers.
A further 23 arrived after being given a contractual exemption and eight were permitted to visit for compassionate reasons.
