Heavy rain and snow on high ground
Ronaldsway Met Office has issued two amber weather warnings.
The first is for the heavy rain now falling - totals of 20-25mm are likely in many places with 30-40mm over the hills, bringing a risk of some localised flooding.
This is valid until 3am overnight.
The second warning is for snow over the highest roads giving a risk of slushy accumulations.
Once the front has cleared, any scattered showers will be wintry over the hilltops.
This warning runs until 9am tomorrow morning.
