
A UK company has stepped in to replace flags stolen from a war memorial in the south of the Island.
In August, four flags were taken from the Mona’s Queen Anchor memorial at Kallow Point in Port St Mary.
Now, Lincolnshire-based Newton Flags has stepped in to donate four Manx Flags to Port St Mary Commissioners.
The flags were handed over to authority chairman Bernadette McCabe during the opening of the new Garden of Remembrance & War Memorial in the village.
