There's been what's described as a 'serious' fire at Riverside industrial estate in Douglas, near Pulrose Bridge.
It was reported at around 2.30am.
An exclusion zone has been created around the area.
That's because it's believed there are flammable acetylene tanks in the area.
The fire brigade was pulled away from the area while the situation was assessed this morning, and remote water units were put in place.
It means there's a road closure between Pulrose Bridge traffic lights and the corner of Groves Road.
Hills Meadow industrial estate has reopened, as has the Middle River industrial estate, but Riverside industrial estate remain closed until further notice.
All bus services will go in and out of Douglas via Quarterbridge.
There will be no service to any stops on Groves Road or Lower Pulrose.
Fire crews, police and civil defence are all at the scene.
