After it was confirmed reservoir angling licence fees are being frozen for the 2018/19 season, the inland fisheries manager says Manx freshwater fishing is now more appealing than ever.
Karen Galtress from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture believes the move provides excellent value for money.
