MHK questions whether anyone has reported distributors to police
People who are delivering leaflets outlining allegations about the food chain are not committing an offence.
That’s according to the Home Affairs Minister who says communications which have been hand-delivered to a number of addresses around the Island are not breaking the law.
This week Jane Poole-Wilson told the House of Keys whilst she empathised with the fact that some people found the content distressing it was not illegal.
