Tynwald select committee to hear evidence
A body assessing the issue of animal welfare in the Island will hear evidence this morning (Friday).
The Manx SPCA’s sanctuary manager Lyn Renshaw, welfare officer Adrian Cannell and the body’s veterinary surgeon Ray Cox will appear before Tynwald’s select committee on animal welfare.
A committee was set up following a petition presented on Tynwald Day in July last year.
The sitting, in the Legislative Council Chamber, starts at ten thirty.
