Panel discussion and short talks included
The annual Manx Fishing Industry Conference is taking place on Monday (24 June), and those interested are being encouraged to register.
There will be a presentation from Seafish UK, exploring why the current model for scallop fisheries management isn't working.
A series of short talks will also be included, ranging from Irish sea fish surveys to Manx static gear fisheries.
There'll also be a panel discussion with officers from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture as well as scientists from Bangor University.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided, and guests are welcome to attend for as much or as little of the day as they wish.
