Pre-planning consultation for Bryan Kneale's artwork
People are being invited to have their say on plans for a new sculpture at Niarbyl.
A pre-planning consultation event is taking place today (Saturday 10 February) at the Villa Marina Arcade in Douglas.
The family of Manx Artist Bryan Kneale are on the Island gathering public opinion about the artwork known as 'Eelips' which it's hoped will be placed on the lawn behind the cafe.
