Onchan Commmisioners seat won by 225 votes
A new man has been elected to Onchan District Commissioners.
Anthony Allen won the seat with 664 votes in the by-election today (Thurs).
Steve Babb was contesting - he received 439 votes.
1,106 people turned out, polling at 16.51 per cent.
Mr Allen, who was defeated in his bid to win a Keys seat in Onchan in September's general election, will now serve as commissioner until May 2020.
