Commissioners say soap dispensers were nearly a week old
A third incident of anti-social behaviour in the space of four days has caused 'damage beyond repair' to public toilets in Castletown.
The commissioners say new soap dispensers in the harbour facilities were a 'few hours away' from lasting a week before being vandalised.
The local authority says 'senseless damage' affects everyone and 'wastes' public money.
It is encouraging people to report any suspicious behaviour to the police.
