Bill Dale fears change won't happen if public doesn't voice concerns
The founder of Beach Buddies is urging all Manx residents to respond to government's climate change consultation, despite branding the proposals "a bit vague".
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture is seeking views from the public on its climate change strategy for 2020 to 2030.
Bill Dale admits some of the questions are difficult to answer.
However, he believes no progress will be made if the public doesn't provide enough feedback:
