Investigation taking place into 'allegation of assault'
An investigation is taking place into an allegation of assault following an incident in the south of the Island.
It reportedly happened in the area of Fairy Hill in Port Erin yesterday (9 June).
Police say the parties involved were known to each other, the incident was confined to specific locality, and there was no risk to the wider public.
Two adult males are on bail whilst enquiries continue.
The Isle of Man Constabulary says it is aware that there are a number of witnesses to speak to who may not have come forward.
Anyone who hasn't already spoken with officers is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
