Police and DEFA investigation is launched
An investigation's been launched after reports of a man and woman disturbing an Arctic Tern nesting site at the Point of Ayre.
They're said to have attended the area in a neon green Ford Transit custom van on Wednesday (17 July).
Wild birds are protected under the Island's Wildlife Act and those who recklessly disturb them could face prosecution.
Anyone with any information is being asked to contact either Ramsey Police or the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
